I'm no longer angsty, but Parker Posey will always be my indie queen.
I think all girls (and gay boys) who listened to Tori Amos in the 90s and were angsty in college have a thing for Parker Posey. I mean, she was the queen of the independent movie scene after all. Maggie Gyllenhaal tried to snatch that title away at the beginning of the 2000s by showing full frontal in every movie she did. That didn't work out so much.
Anyhoo, Parker Posey was spotted walking down the 3rd St. near Joan's on Third recently. She was wearing sunglasses and carrying dry cleaning. Source says she looked totally cute.
